If you are in the process of selling a home, the chances are that sooner or later you will have the home inspected by a professional home inspector. Here are a few facts about mold.

There are no EPA or government standards that have been established for mold or mold spore levels, so it is impossible to prove that a building or room is in compliance with any regulations concerning mold exposure.

What We Do

Inspect Mobile, LLC tests for mold in the air and on surfaces of the home. An air quality test will show the amounts and kinds of mold found in the air even when you don’t see it on a surface in the home. We do not treat or remediate mold. When we test, it is done for your information and not for us to sell you on a pricey up sale. Our samples are sent to a certified lab for evaluation. The lab will directly send results to you with explanations of the results.

Every sample is evaluated by the lab for the best results.

Standard mold testing includes 2 air samples and 1 viable sample for $350.
